Simple Tips For Better Conversation
(Last Updated On: August 22, 2018)

What is a Conversation?

A conversation is a link that has the ability to create war or peace among people. The result depends on the use of the tongue. A Conversation is also an adventure which gives a whole new perspective.

A conversation is a dialogue, not a monologue. That’s why there are so few good conversations: due to scarcity, two intelligent talkers seldom meet.” Truman Capote

Why should start a conversation with a stranger?

You may have many friends. Did you know anything about them until you had that first conversation with them? No, so every single person in your life was once a stranger to you.

Every time you talk to a stranger, a link is formed and that link help to have more communication and have the friendship with that person.

Sometimes that leads to having the communication with others in that person’s network.

Conversation is like reading a book

You may read many books like study books, novels, stories and any other topic of your interest. While reading a book, you turn any page you want, flip to a favourite chapter. While reading some contents attracts your mind and get more interest to read until you finish the topic or book. Some books you read again and again.

Why you do so? Because the contents make your mind happy and also improve your knowledge.

In the new technology world, you may read many contents on websites and blogs. There also you open new pages of your interest.

A conversation should be full and powerful

True happiness arises, in the first place, from the enjoyment of one’s self, and in the next, from the friendship and conversation of a few select companions.” Joseph Addison

Some people just read the catchy headlines and do not read the entire contents.

Frankly speaking,  I have this bad habit of reading only headlines of some topics and do not read the entire story.

This is a really wrong method. We should read the full story under the headline.

Every person is a really like a good book containing human stories. Some stories are happy and some are sad. Click To Tweet

Just like about the book or webpage you read, you should have a good conservation with others and share the stories and not just read the headline and run away.
